Spring Training 2017 has begun - and nowhere is their more excitement in Major League Baseball than in the locker room of the World Champion Chicago Cubs. In September, Travis was honored to get to work with the players and coaches of the Chicago Cubs Instructional League. These are the young players who represent the future of the Cubs. Travis was brought in by Josh Lifrak who is the Director of Mental Skills for the Cubs.
In Episode 64 of The Weekly YAP - Travis got Josh on the phone to talk about the culture inside the Cubs organization and what "That's Cub" is all about. Travis and Josh discuss everything from focus to mindfulness, to what it feels like to be a World Champion, as well as tips for coaches, players, and parents.
